You're doing great - well done for hitting the target, even if it is only just. It's a really difficult thing to detect changes in physical appearance. The few times I seem to have gotten there, it is only other people that have noticed.

I don't feel like I look any different yet, and am wondering whether this reduction is simply a loss of water weight due to carb reductions. I do feel more energetic though after reducing instances of overeating.
This week has been a difficult one for getting to the gym, but I have managed to go three times, and have walked to and from uni each day.
