Got a sluggish start (being the day after Xmas and all), and almost forgot. But once I got out of bed I did faithfully dissertate first thing: spend 1 hour reading an article I'm reviewing for a journal (directly relevant to dissertation), and 1 hour completing the fix I've been working on for my random 2-D maze generator code.

Wrestled with a buggy maze-generation algorithm---I know the fix, was just looking for a simpler way to implement it. Should be able to knock it out next session by copying my old Java version into Python.
