+. Worked nicely!
I think the combination of no-snooze and no-reading is complementary: between the two, I regain up to an hour of time that would have been used inefficiently (not good rest, not good wakefulness)

+. Yesterday was an "exceptional" day, since we work past eight on Tuesdays in town---then have dinner and commute home.
But I think this is the most "keystone" habit of the Stickk's I've had recently. Something about that "don't just reach over and hit snooze---get up and stay up all in one swift movement" really sets and entirely different tone for the morning.
My previous commitment to "jump out of bed when I first wake up," by contrast, didn't work at all. Something about "don't hit snooze" makes me let down my guard—it's an *easier* goal, but once I'm doing that I usually surpass it and go and get up and (eventually) start leaping up *before* the alarm.
