While the body-weight exercises are good and the extra walking due to Disney is definitely great cardio, not enough effort put forth toward the overall goal this week.

I got back to light at home stretching and pull-ups and did a ridiculous amount of walking this weekend in Disney world. Given the situation, it was as successful as it could have been.
