triis11 May 13, 2024, 12:58 AM"in total last nights mistake cost me 8+19+30+82 = 139 dollars. It cost me 4 hours of sleep and 12 hours of productive work. I could have used that money for something that actually nourishes me. I do like the feeling of being on the hunt for something when I am on those apps. After deleting them i immediately felt a sense of boredom. I am still on the hunt for love, connection, certainty (wealth), and other things. They just seem much harder to obtain but i dont think it has to be this way. "View my Commitment

triis11 May 13, 2024, 12:54 AM"Went backwards today. After all friends left the bar I went to bathroom to see if I could turn off canopy on phone. After I did I immediately downloaded tinder and field which broke the contract. Bought memberships to both. Spent the rest of the night 12-330 am edging and texting people to come over. Next day woke up at 830 and went through phone again texting people from 830-930. Very difficult to get things going. Got massage and edged there. Went to salt lake coffee break. could not focus at all. Got food and made food for week. Then tried to get IV but it did not come through. Called over big girl from tinder to come over for hookup. Edged with her as well. Felt disgusted during and after. Cleaned all blankets and everything she touched. Took a shower with soap...not exactly confidence building activities. Deleted everything from phone to get back on track. Walked outside in the sun. Reset counter."View my Commitment

RosyB May 12, 2024, 12:28 PM"My goal is to lay a habit foundation for fitness that I will be build upon as I progress. This week, I will work towards establishing the habit of... 1) using the treadmill every day, 2a) doing mini-squats, 2b) doing abs lean-backs, 2c) doing the standing challenge. We're going forward in a nice and easy fashion, just taking baby steps towards building upon the above. To that end, for each of the habits I aim to build... 1) put orthotics on in the morning before settling in with coffee. (Put shoes next to recliner the night before.) 2) Bf getting morning coffee, do 2 sets of at least a) 6 mini squats, b) 6 lean backs -aiming for 8-10 reps. For c) standing challenge, complete at least 1 minute, aim for 2 minutes (like on last day of previous challenge!) 3) Before getting ready for work, use treadmill for at least 30 sec, aim for 2.5 minutes (like my usual from last week!) or more. Gold Star if I use treadmill again at lunch for at least 30 sec, and Double Gold Star if I do after work for at least 30 sec. Just getting on the treadmill at least once per day for at least 30 sec, and doing the above STs and endurance challenge, is amazing work towards building an important habit! qhama May 11, 2024, 8:13 PM"i was writing LLB and WRFV today. I did better. I don't want to get ahead of my self. Today was a good day. I didn't study for anything but for what i was writing today. I am proud of the work i had done. I also have beat Dakington's score 3 875 by 5 430. It took me a week. Consistency lossing and finally getting way past it. I havent ate anything sweet, just healthy food and lots of water. i'm grateful and proud of my self. I love my self for doing the things i do."View my Commitment

Realized I am mostly just not happy with my relationships and financial status in life. Working on changing that. Depression could be from the sobriety as well. Last night woke up at 430 am, stayed awake for an hour then went to sleep till 810. Sleep through light alarm is relatively easy. Still counting this as a success sind I went to bed at 955 and got great sleep (which is the main goal)."View my Commitment

Today I will drink 1 cup of coffee at 9 and still go to bed at 930. Will not do two days of coffee in a row. triis11 May 7, 2024, 1:23 PM"I have also deleted spotify from my phone which has helped sleep and dramatically improved clarity of mind. These constant distractions really fuck me up. It is a great way to escape from reality so I understand why I use them during stressful periods of life, however it truly diminishes the ability to sit with difficult problems and focus. Overall it is pretty rediculous since I am bigger than all these problems, meaning I have solved so many difficult technical challenges in my life, none of these can really beat me so I need to start remembering that and realize there is no need to get wildly stressed and down and feel like I need to escape."View my Commitment

triis11 May 7, 2024, 1:18 PM"Without doing caffine and getting 7.5+ hours of sleep I feel like a completely different person. I feel like a bigger person and can make tasks simpler and less daunting. It feels like a major jump in consciousness and daily living. Generally, if I lived like this for a year I think I would be a much happier person. The hard part is that I would miss the warmth and energy boost of coffee. Or the social aspect of it. I think as long as I don't fall into a period of months to years of daily use I would be ok trying it once a week at most. "View my Commitment
