    "I realize that I’m going to have to give up sugar in order to eat more fruits and vegetables. Taking the antibiotic was absolutely necessary, but it destroyed my gut microflora and I am now craving sugar at an alarming rate. Especially as I was diagnosed with the beginning stages of fatty liver disease. I need to take control of my health and be in the driver’s seat instead of letting my cravings control me. I CAN be in control. I MUST gain control. Or I’m going to turn into my grandma and mother and I MUST NOT allow that to happen!!! "
