    "Ok! So today was my first day ;) I jogged for ten minutes and then did a 15 min session of yoga and a 15 session of pilates. Ive noticed that Im not in the greatest shape or as flexible as I used to be, so Im excited to make some changes and see how I improve my flexibility and strength. ;)"
