Stomach hurts so bad after eating entire box of crackers and chips. Remember this feeling later this week when the cravings kick in bc this is not okay. Weighed in on Sunday, Aug. 7th, at 135. Goal Aug 19th: 130. What is going to get me there? Think about how good you’re going to feel on the 19th after treating your body with respect and care. lexisev Aug 8, 2022, 4:13 PM"Today is Day 1! I tracked my food choices yesterday (August 7th) and the day before (August 6th) and both days I consumed about 1,000 empty calories. What I did well was record what I wrote in my journal and the spreadsheet and yesterday was already significantly better than the day before in terms of other choices I made. I am removing a lot of the sugar and processed food from my diet from here on out, decreasing my consumption of calories, especially from alcohol, and making a more concerted effort to eat sufficient vegetables every day. Drastic action has been taken and I'm now back to the standard 12 stone 10lbs (178lbs). I do need to do more exercise.
