iyeran Jun 7, 2026, 2:30 AM"Réflection - this week I consistently ate less than 2000 calories, did 13k steps or more and made sure to have heaps of water and sleep. Kept my protein levels high and didn’t eat if I wasn’t hungry. I did Pilates 12 hours apart and was sore - could have had a more effective exercise routine. Next week - no binge eating. I also avoided sweet foods at all costs - the rule is to not even let yourself have one bite. I studied to distract my mind from thoughts of hunger. Stretch more next week. I also meal prepped my breakfasts. When I had the protein shake in the morning my appetite was significantly reduced. 40g of vanilla protein. Always have lots of water and sleep.
