The experiment in limiting myself to 1900 calories a day has PROBABLY failed, so I’m going to move to 1590 calories a day for the next week. The trouble with this might be that I’m splitting away from my pre-arranged weight goals! (That is, I’m probably 1 lb heavier than I had planned to be.) I’ll want to talk about this on Saturday. I guess that's the main reason why I wasn't able to listen to my body and instead eat to feel energized again. But I've added a widget to my homescreen on my phone which I use now to count all the times I resisted an urge to eat something bad for me.
