I'm not sure why but I keep thinking I'll commit but then I get tempted by dinners with friends, partying, late night snacks, etc. HOWEVER...today is the day. I'm starting my "Focus 60" program now where I will stick to my nutrition protocol every day for the next 60 days. I've got my plan setup and now it's all about focusing on the plan.
