"Bounced back this week. Lose 6.6 pounds. Next week, going to attempt something major: break into the 200s. Changes listed on my PBWorks Page: http://kristucker.pbworks.com/w/page/156332193/Weight-Loss%20Tracking#comment1710587112"
"Slipped off track of using the food log app and it shows. Looking forward to reading the new book on
Longevity.
Goals for this week.
Log food daily
Body weight exercises 4 times this week
"
"Still on track but my pace has slowed. I added some additional green, fiber and probiotic yeast supplements to aid me in my quest. I had a few too many heavy meals this week but will be back on track and will keep working out and feeling better. "
"Progress. Been cutting back on beer and junk food. Diet mostly consists of meat, eggs, raw milk, cheese, a little bit of sourdough bread, and an evening snack (pretty much always popcorn and a beer or wine). I did have a hot fudge sundae this week for the first time in many months.
Gonna try to get my body moving a little more often now that the weather is improving. "
"Dead bug was challenging this morning while I attempted to use my rotating arms and legs throughout instead of holding the ball. Definitely need more practice to glow where I will try this option more. The heel taps went pretty good ... just briefly stopped once near end."
"Had a bad week but I plan to bounce back next week. Decided no more ordering out and will cook all food, including cheat day food. Gonna see how that goes. More details of week's activities at: http://kristucker.pbworks.com/w/page/156332193/Weight-Loss%20Tracking"
"Struggled a little this morning with heel taps and knee press dead bug. Was able to make it through the clam stretch band squats better than last time. Contributing issues with the weather! LOL!"
"Thank you for this encouragement! I have been trying to kick this for years and years! I am hopeful I will finally be able to do it and reap the benefits!!"
"The scale finally started going down. Took a radical change of diet and exercise. I have been sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free while focusing on eating mostly Whole Foods for 2 weeks now. I am aiming for 3 weeks without cheating. So far so good. My plan is to limit myself with reintroducing sugar and dairy to when I go on vacation next week. Then once I’m back from my vacation to cut it out again with limited chances to cheat on the diet only with events or with friends. I’ll be forever gluten free of course but sugar and dairy don’t seem to be doing my body any favors either. I think it’s best to eliminate them on a regular basis from here on out. "
"Been a crazy few weeks. I was doing well the first part and stress kicked in and starting eating like crap. Still managed to stay somewhat flat, so I’ll gas this weekend to get back on track. "
"Glowing with the heel taps, but had issues with the archery arm extensions with my shoulder acting up with popping with the arthritis (gotta love this rain!). I changed it up to do the downward motion and extend upward at elbow instead of straight up. Want to work on the dead bug to try to keep legs up and use the rotating arms versus just the ball."
