    "Second week. - I held strong against sweet stuff, which was sometimes tough. - The weight, interestingly, stopped swaying up and down - on the other hand, it's actually creeping up, which is weird to me. - I will admit that I've been "working out" almost minimally, not exactly the bare minimum but not much above that either. - Counting calories has been a bit shaky as well. At least 3 days this week I summed it up at the end of the day, and not (as the intention is) on the go. That's less accurate, and also cancels the important side benefit of constant awareness and vigilance. All That being said, on the whole I still consider this week a success. I'm moving a lot, I'm not eating sweets, and my average calorie intake (including negatives from workouts) is 1600, which is good. For next week I hope to be doing this with a bit more passion, but honestly, right now this whole thing is less about weight and more about sticking to a decision for 4 weeks straight. "

    "i follow a diet ( no sugar , less white bread , low calorie ( cut to 1200 from 2600) also 4 days(1.30 hours each) body building workout"
