I did have extra rice cakes last night with nut butter spread but I feel incredible this morning and my body seemed to respond well to it so yay! hariro May 14, 2022, 5:47 PM"I exercised sat (walked before the drive to la), Sunday (at la hotel), monday (hike in trail). Then things took. Detour - Tuesday in Santa Cruz, Wed in Palo Alto, Thursday drive back. Friday I walked again in RT. This week — I want to make an exercise and meal plan, and identify mines. And set up meeting w Kristin on Tuesday- kick off personal training. And sign up for fun classes. Just get active. Get excited to move. Make 3 month plan — but do it week by week, day by day. The goal is not to be perfect, but start the melting. I’m eating as comfort. I’m drinking as distraction and comfort. I need other things to do! May 15 — start June 15 — month 1 July 15 — month 2 Aug 15 — month 3 Exercise — daily 30 - 60 min. Walk, PELATON, pilates, dance, yoga, run, swim, boxing, pole, …. Fun new teachers, fun new classes, horse back riding …. Water 8 or more cups (4 by noon) (4 by 4) Vitamins Sleep (night ritual/sleep hygiene) Read and write Meditate I need to reduce my calorie intake. Or increase my activity/ movement to burn more calories. Im eating healthy enough — though I want to go back to exclusively organic. My portions are double or triple my usual amount. And my movement is 3x less. I need other activities to keep me busy — like a job, volunteering, creative projects, "View my Commitment

rimmie May 13, 2022, 12:53 PM"Yesterday sucked ass I was craving sweets so so so so bad so I had extra rice cakes and pb which still wasn’t good. Peanut butter is high in fats and that’s not something my body can handle. It’s also a slow digesting fat so it hangs onto my body- a.k.a making me feel like poop. I’m allowed to have 3 unsalted rice cakes and that’s it- if pb is added it needs to be measured out to the serving size and used sparing. 5/13 I will be better! "View my Commitment

wolfs007 May 8, 2022, 12:17 PM"- Been in calorie restriction since January 2022 - Over 3 months down 8.5 lbs - Didn't go to gym / gym - break from Wednesday - Friday - At 3,500 calories on May 7th (IMO, should or probably stopped at 3,000, which is +500) over maintenance. At 3,500 it will take you 2-3 days to get back on track - Ate these new chocolates (ChocoXO) + Costco Bars - which binged ate (3x bars, 420 calories in peanut butter cups) - Basically read some posts about managers and triggered fight and flight response, and immediately proceeded to eat 1,000 more calories - Feeling very lethargic / mentally draining from pushing yourself at Infrastructure Ontario "View my Commitment
