👿DAILY MEDITATION OF THIS HABIT: every morning when I wake up and when I am about to sleep I have to take at least 5 minutes meditating on this habit with feeling and emotion 🙈DAILY PLANNER (10 UPCOMING PLANNER): not setting up at least 10 upcoming planner within 75 minutes has to be considered as excuse. However action planner mindset has about 5-10 minutes thinking time 👿👿POSITIVE MINDSET:every failure of this habit is an excuse that has to be reported in a chosen application in writing way once my consciousness tell me that it's an excuse. Ensuite je fais une prière de 1-2 minutes for forgiveness puis I take action against the excuse but if I consciously failed to act in this way within 15 minutes, my life has to be under curse unless I dedicate immediately at least 30 minutes in prayer to remove curse with forgiveness prayer 💀NO FAP JOURNEY: to use melinor-mst climaxless I must have it active in a planner according deadline set there. i have to report in writing way every mst en live and the 5th mst en live, I open the practice of nofap while I delete any melinor I have in all my devices or anywhere else and stop mst habit forever. Report any attempt of doing it to church minister as well as my wife. 😡 TIMING THINKING : the gap of thinking according time-action way in my timing of whatever thought that comes to my mind is around 5-10 minutes play in my mind which when not following accordingly à 7 reprises has became an excuse to be reported to 🤑MONEY CARE: whatever spending done on daily basis need to be reported in related app within 30 minutes of the spending. Otherwise it is an excuse |
