36h of *effective* work, weekly. No breaks, no social media, no unrelated tasks.
Screen recordings available to the referee. If for one week it cannot be reached (eg. holidays, sickness) this has to be agreed upon earlier with referee. Working hours are not cumulative. You cannot mark a week as 'successful' with the justification of catching up in the following week.
