Fix the laundry room so it looks nice and is convenient to use.
Clean, paint, furnish. Prepare during first two weeks of Oct by reading, planning/drawing, buying paint and other stuff needed. Do I need a handyman/plumber? 1. Remove everything to the garage. Oct 2. Clean out the room. Oct 3. Paint. Nov 4. Plumber? 5. Clean the items that goes back. Nov 6. Put them back. Dec 7. Buy other things needed. Dec 8. Install them. Dec

| Well, I don't know. We now have a new/additional water heater, the laundry machine stays in the same place but the plumber has sorted the drainage so that is much better. But I have not done much. Well, actually I sorted out some of the old stuff left there by the previous owners, so that is better. | |
