I will concentrate on real world concerns and constructive actions until after I put in 5 hours of job work, today, with at least 3 of those hours on the Supportability project, and until after I vacuum one more item of bedroom furniture. I will not read, watch, write, or listen to fictional works until after those things are done.

| Didn't do so well on this one, either. I put in 3 hours on Supportability, yesterday, but didn't reach the total of 5 hours of job work or do the vacuuming. I stayed away from fiction but spent more than 3 hours on the Web, anyway. Looking at my notes, it looks like I went off-track when I started to work on personal stuff, in mid-afternoon. Not sure how to improve upon that, yet, without setting up an authority/rebel conflict. What could the authority and the rebel agree on? Good Q. | |
