wash at least one load of laundry, today, call my MD about supplements, finish the first draft of the flowchart that I started yesterday, and keep my 6pm appointment. I'm intentionally setting this relatively easy goal to give myself a good opportunity to return to successfully completing my stickk goals.

| Argh. Not successful--tough day. Called MD and kept 6pm appointment, but did not do laundry or finish the flowchart. Not sure why I was so in my own way, on 11/11. Possible contributing factors: reaction to CCG reading done on Monday, shortage of sleep, early morning appointment starting day off kind of ungrounded? | |
