concentrate on real world concerns and constructive actions until at least 8:00pm, today -- I will not read, watch, write, or listen to fictional works before 8:00pm or after 10:30pm. I also commit to trying to notice any feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, at any time when those may occur. And I commit to starting preparation for bed by 10:32, sharp, and to be in bed with the lights out by 11:00pm.
