wrkinprogrss commits to:
concentrate on real world concerns and constructive actions until at least 6:30pm, today -- I will not read, watch, write, or listen to fictional works except between 6:30 and 7:00pm and after dance class until 11:15pm. I also commit to trying to notice any feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, at any time when those may occur. And I commit to starting preparation for bed by 11:17, sharp, and to be in bed with the lights out by midnight.

| Went to dance class, pursued a little fiction afterwards, but quit that before 11:15 in favor of watching a few minutes of DVD Brain lecture #2. Started bedtime preparations on time and had lights out by midnight. Complete success on this goal! | |
