Client Setting: Client’s home Target Behaviors: 1. Increase compliments to each child 2. Decrease negative comments The current contract was developed to assist Client in developing compliments to each of her children. Client has some history of bring a negative attitude home after work. Client has an older daughter that is now living with her father. Clients middle and younger child is living with her and is victim to the negative attitude. Client becomes overwhelmed with work, school, family and home chores and sometimes lashes out at children. Client is a single mother and has difficultly completing everyday schedule and becomes upset. Client’s children have a history of avoiding her when she gives direction. Client enjoys working out, the arts, cooking and social outings. Behavioral Contract Effective Dates: January 21, 2013 – March 04, 2013 We, the undersigned parties, agree to perform the following behaviors: For every day that Client compliments each of her Client will be given 10 minutes of free time children of her choice. Bonus: If Client compliments each of her children and stays positive through the day she will be made dinner one night of her choice.
