wrkinprogrss commits to:
concentrate on real-world concerns and issues, today, except that I will allow myself to consume fiction in any form and/or non-fiction audio-books or DVDs under the following circumstances:
- After I have done 3.5 hours of work on the cnfg/lg/diag projects, including uploading before 6:00pm, AND - After I have taken at least one 15-minute Positivity break AND - Between 6:30pm and 7:00pm, provided that the alarm is set for 7:00pm, or after class but before 11:15pm. I will access restricted sites only in my usual time windows. If I notice and make a note of feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, I'll offer myself a reward of 5 minutes of luxurious stretching, right away. From 11:45pm-12:15am, If I am still up, I will only prepare for bed, without audio input, or do a little journaling while in bed. I will be in bed with the lights out by 12:15am.

| I did fine with this goal up until after class, but then I slipped a bit--I got back later than I expected, ate and drank a bit past 11:45, read and put notes in the apa a bit past that, and wasn't in bet with the lights out until 12:30am. So, I'd call this a failure, but a pretty good one. | |

| Up to 1h50min on cnfg project. If started right now and worked with only Positivity break, could get to fic about 6:45. Have some stored, so that could be OK. Wouldn't have much prep time for class, though. Should I plan to just avoid fiction and audio books, today? | |
