concentrate on real-world concerns and issues until after my return from collation, today.
I will limit my apa reading to reading at collation, today. I will access restricted websites only in my usual time windows. Between collation and 10:32pm, I will allow myself to consume audiobooks if I am doing cooking, or laundry, or pest control, or other household chores. I will use my eyes to read fictional works only between 8:00pm and 10:32pm, and then only if I have: - taken at least one 15-minute Positivity break, AND - put the garbage and greenwaste out, including at least one outdated item from the refrigerator, AND - at least started one load of laundry. If I notice and make a note of feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, I'll offer myself a reward of 5 minutes of luxurious stretching, as soon as is practical. From 10:32-11:15pm, I will only prepare for bed or do a little journaling while in bed. I will be in bed with the lights out by 11:15pm.
