I should start meditation at 6:30 am on average for 30 days, AND I should start meditation at 10:30 pm on average for 30 days, AND NXNO (no loopholes) for 4 weeks. If any of those conditions are not true by the end of the 30 day period, I would have failed and would have to pay 100 USD to the NRA. No more, no less.
