Day 3/4 - I did the three activities again, 5 mins of high level visualisation, memorising 20 images and 20 words. Highest score was 15 words. Day 3 - Speedreading to prevent regression for 1 hour, reading Lucky Fortune. Retention rate was around 80%. Also used acceleread and did a speedreading test, the results were 685wpm with 5/6 questions correct. However this was pretty easy. Also did speedreading practice, practicing subvocalisation repression and saccades. |

Day 1 - I did 5 mins of high level visualisation, 5 mins of memorising 20 images in 1 min and recalling them, and 5 mins of memorising 20 words in 1 min and recalling them. The highest score for recalling images was 17 and highest score for recalling words was 15. I also did anti-regression exercise which is reading a book for 1 hour and maintained a retention of around 70%. |
