I commit to achieving
- My Sep 2014 weight (82kg) and strength (or greater). Improving by atleast 0.2 kg per week. - Improving my meals, eating at a more reasonable time and increasing volume through use of additional meal times. - I commit to ensuring I no longer sacrifice my dental hygiene and general cleanliness throughout the contract. - Far less computer, phone and television usage. Preferably eliminating television showing altogether. It's not good for your eyes.
