Monday of Eggs and Cheese

wrkinprogrss commits to:
setting and accomplishing at least five mini-goals, today, including mini-goals re UTF or T2 *and* 50 Dance. I will allow myself to listen to music and/or do private process work on LJ re Joy Diet exercises or preparing for the 50 Dance at any time before 8:00pm, today. I will postpone recreational reading and mp3 player listening until at least 6:30pm, today. I will not circumvent my internet-access-control applications unless job work requires it. I will not read or play any kind of audio after 8:00pm. Since I need to get up early, tomorrow morning, for an 8:00am appointment, I will skip my 9:30pm internet window and will aim to be in bed with the lights out by 9:00pm.
If I need a break from work, today, I can choose from taking a shower, preparing tea or food, doing something related to the 50 dance or Joy Diet risk-taking, practicing Ba Gua Broadsword or Earth Dragon Staff, doing some Qi Gong or other gentle exercise, doing a bit of knitting or journaling (particularly S's 10-minute exercise), or making progress with laundry or kitchen. Prior to 6:30pm, I will limit photography to one timed 15-minute break. (I'll put the Treo in my pocket with the buzzer set for the timing, or else set one of the kitchen timers where I can hear it.)

| So, did get some UTF work done and uploaded. But read a lot after 8:00pm, and got to bed way later than planned, and can't recall doing anything for the 50Dance. Putting this one down as a failure, though still with some good parts. | |

| Messed this one up after 6:30--didn't save anything from LJ in 6:30-9:30 window, and went looking for uncontrolled -- need to block off DW, obviously. But first, still need to upload. Verifying first. | |

| Took a journaling-per-Suzanne break with some untimed resting. Then did a little kitchen work including starting the artichokes. Got to 6:30 without significant rec reading and without mp3 use. Work could use more done on UTF-J, but feel pretty unmotivated re doing it. | |
