One hour a day worked better for me this week while I have extra demands and structure to contend with. I miss the progress of 2 hours but this is unquestionably better for my health and sanity.

I'm doing it: I'm continuing with StickK despite my busy schedule but I am compromising by pledging only an hour a day instead of 2. The hope is that easing up on the demands on my energy and time will allow me to bounce back a bit, as I can feel myself getting run down and exhausted.
