| This week was success pretty much by necessity. I have a bunch of applications due and no data collection so I'm happy I was successful, but still working toward a more sustainable routine. | |

| I am counting this as good although I only did 4/7 days this week. Mostly because the days I didn't do it I was away from my desk and planned to make it up on the days I did write. Next week is going to be a crazy data collection so I need to take some time today to plan out when I can work on my writing. | |

| Even though I was busy with data collection this week, I definitely had an hour a day that I could have used to write and instead just fell back into the same habits of thinking that the conditions weren't right or my mind wasn't in the right space so I just didn't do it. This upcoming week, I'm making it a priority to actively combat that. Every time I start to tell myself I can do that I'm going to try to write for 10 minutes (a shorter Pomodoro because I usually try for 25) to see if that helps me shake that mindset. | |
