Imraan commits to:
Build muscle mass. Get stronger. More athletically able. Benchmarks will be to pull a 1:55 split on a 2k row. And get to bodyweight strict press, 2 times bodyweight back squat and a 150kg deadlift. No goals on weight gain number. The goals is to get strong. Although aiming for 68kg and to maintain that weight for at least 2 weeks.
