AUG 21th:
Spent the first two hours thinking about my work issues, came to some conclusions. Found it hard to focus on research because I was still kind-of stuck in the work week.
What I did:
- Made an organized list of root causes of aging based on most recent science and started to map out what we can do about it and where we need to still do more science.
- Read a book about molecular biology for a couple of hours.
- Dabbled a bit with my diet plans and with my supplement list.
All in all I didn't spend as much time on research as I would have liked but progress is progress!

What I did:
- Outsourced one article as test.
- Created account, got familiar with and wrote a post at survivallistboards.
- Set up my Facebook page properly.
- Started to learn how to make an infographic.

Finished my content plan, can start writing every morning or outsourcing writing of less important articles now without any more planning.

Didn't feel so well, had some weird blood pressure problems and procrastinated a bit too much. Hope I can ramp it up tomorrow. |
