1. Eat only homemade food.
2. Cook healthy meals. 3. Pack snacks and healthy lunch. 4. Develop a meal plan and stick to it, in both grocery shopping and cooking at home. 5. Read meat no more than 1 day per week. 6. Only whole grain bread and pasta and be mindful of portions. 7. Dance every morning for at least one song of praise and worship. 8. 30-60 minutes of ballet training every day including pointe work.
