wrkinprogrss commits to:
making job work my main priority and focus until 6:30pm or until I've put in 8 hours, today. After that, my main priorities will be cooking soup and rice and preparing to vote in tomorrow's election. For voting preparation, I will either decide how to vote on at least half the ballot or put in at least 30 minutes considering it.
I will limit my recreational reading by eye to unstored web browsing between 6:30pm & 6:45pm, and to the period after I've gotten soup and rice cooking, but before 10:30pm. I will use the mp3 player only between 6:30pm & 10:30pm. I will not listen to audible samples before 6:30pm. I will be in bed with the lights out by midnight. I will do my best to do at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong and at least 10 minutes of making progress cleaning up paperwork before that time.

| Didn't get soup and rice cooked, and went to bed way late, with a lot of late audio listening. Definitely have to call this one a failure, though there were some good parts. | |

| Got in 30+ minutes of Q insertion, more than 1 page inspected and dealt with. Next work micro-goal should be the same again. But first, cooking rice and soup. I did limit my (initial) rec reading by eye from 6:30-6:45pm. | |
