| Remembering to write in a diary is hard, but it helps that I've dedicated the night period to writing. This can range from 10pm to 2am but at least it is getting done. I'm also not sure as to whether I should continue to write exactly how I feel as it can be quite negative or stick to positive affirmations and an optimistic outlook. I'll see how it goes. | |
