limiting my recreational reading and mp3 player use, as follows, on weekdays: MWF: only between 6:30pm and 10:30pm; Tue: only between 5:30pm and 10:30pm; Thur: only between 6:30pm and 11:15pm.

| Think I did OK with this goal on the 26th, though it didn't result in very good focus on job work. Looks like I did decently well on 7 to 8 days out of ten. Not ideal, but not too bad. Still, need to report it as a failure, this time. | |

| Did pretty well with this goal, yesterday, after getting up. Fudged a very few minutes' worth on recreational reading after 11:15pm, and did do some unusually late work on the computer, but feel that the day was pretty much a success. | |

| Totally blew this goal, yesterday--major binge of recreational internet reading from the evening into the small hours, well past the permitted time window. Feel that I'll need to report failure for this two weeks, but I recommit to making as many days as possible successful, within the goal period. | |
