- acquire new set of skills through specific classes I take
- list the skills that I have - find mentors/helpers/ advice etc when I have difficulties with my classes - help others who need my help, promote helping other women - create projects (the motivating factor!) that need a specific list of skills that I need to complete in a specific time frame - 2-5 times a week for 2 hours: the 2 hours per activity law - face & fight my own fears, break my own limits, eliminate self doubt
