| Bad week / emotion clearly plays a major role in why I use. I feel that someone wrongs me, or causes me pain or suffering, and I turn to these images that will never wrong me...always look amazing...and are never ending. I must find a better path when my emotions are activated - I must realize that all emotions are not permanent and instead of self soothing with porn, be with the emotion and watch it pass | |
