The next 20 weeks I will stickk with the weight watchers program following the priorities above:
1 - track my food everyday and try to never EVER pass the smart points 2 - go to meetings at least every two weeks 3 - exercise regularly (4 to 5 times a week) 4 - choose healthy food always - less refine sugar and sodium as possible 5 - eat every 3 hours (respecting the jejum time as well - NO SNACKING ALL THE TIME) 6 - use the exercise points to drink and have fun!
