I have a total of 15,014 words. I've reached my goal. In the next two weeks is just editing and formatting. Here is my goal I set out. I will finish writing Breathing In Vitality E-Book by September 01, 2016. Minimum: I will commit to writing a minimum of seven words a day Target: I will take a 15 mg adderall to help me finish writing to have a total of 15,000 words Outrageous: I will write a bonus section about The Wim Hof breathing method Delegation: I will outsource 1,000 words to a fiverr writer for the bonus section. I completed two out of three of my goals. By this tuesday, I would have achieved all three goals since my writer will have the writing by tuesday. |

I just finished the book. Has over 15,000 words. Here is what I did today. Wrote for Chapter 2: The Mindful Way Through Depression -Why Is The Relapse Rate So High? It was at 755 words and is now at 1,040 words. -How Can I Prevent My Depression? It was at 799 words and is now at 1,016 words. -What Is MBCT & How Can It Help Me? It was at 664 words and is now at 782 words. Chapter 4: Pranayama As A Tool To Counter Depression -What Exactly Is Pranayama & How Can It Help Me? It was at 884 words and is now at 913 words -Why Is Pranayama Important In Yoga Practice? It was at 748 words and is now at 729 words. Conclusion It was at 476 words and is now at 946 words |
