Training myself to confidently approach women I find attractive in any environment so, at any time throughout my day to day activities I see a woman that I am attracted to, I am to open a conversation with her for the purposes of flirtation and getting to know her. Every time that I don't do this (allowing an opportunity to pass me by), that is counted as an excuse; the accumulation of 12 excuses in a week = failed commitment.

| I made 3 excuses today; one of the girls I made an excuse not to approach happened to be the same girl that I saw yesterday haha. She's definitely going to make me approach, because I'll be damned if she is the cause of me failing this challenge | |

Day 1: I made 2 excuses today; however, I did approach a girl that was with two of her friends today while I was at work. I was actually not really in a good mood before talking to her and her friends, but that was not a good enough reason for me not to do it. It was a weird feeling, because generally I like to talk to women when I'm feeling good, so at least I know what it's like to do that now. Things did not really go anywhere between her and I, and I actually felt like I was trying to take good emotions away from her. I'm definitely going to make progress tomorrow, but regardless I'm glad that I didn't let my mood stop me. |
