I will no longer consider getting fast food a fun convenience to get low-value energy and joy. The only exception is for road trips. If I break this commitment, I will donate to Trump.

The first goal is now not even a goal - 12 weeks was precautionary, 5 weeks of accomplishment is incredibly empowering. Now, I've added a second goal to thi because otherwise I wouldn't even be trying! Little steps can walk for miles. |

| I have enjoyed how my fear of the stick, has allowed me to not only stick to my goal, but to do so with a remarkable amount of ease! No internal debate! And therefore, with 5 successful weeks under my belt, for the next 7 weeks I will add another small but important goal which I currently loose out on, due to internal debate. The new goal is cherishing the hours between 9-12 (1-2 hour break) and enough hours to preserve 5 hours in total Tuesday through Thursday. The first part of this goal was the most obvious health choice to stickk to, now, this is the most obvious success choice I can stickk to. My future self will thank me twice. | |
