I am switching running to yoga because my hips and knees have been hurting. I also added capoeira which is a big muscle builder.

I did my ab workout on Saturday. I signed up for Zumba M/W and Barre T/R for gym classes from this Monday to the end of the semester.

I ran a mile Saturday and ran to barre T/R. I went to Barre twice, did a strength yoga Sunday, and did a relaxing yoga Monday.
