Mon. - Sat. Only water, tea & soy milk unless exercise. Juice after (ride bike at least 10 miles or train at least an hour). Add fruit if ride bike at least 25 miles or train 2 hrs. Add veggies if ride bike 50 miles or train 3 hrs. Add off for dinner if 75 miles or 4 hrs. Off date night(s) with Mom & special activities. Off rest of the day on any 100 mile or more cycling day. Please renew this commitment weekly until weight of 155. One day off when reach weight of 167 and again at 159.
