- Research everything connected to how to get the right amount of sleep each night - Learn several types of meditations, so I can calm my mind and sleep well at night - Find the right types of food that helps promoting sleep, and when to eat it - Exercise every day, so I can sleep well. - Lose 1 LB a week from sleeping 8-9 hours a night - Update and refine this report - do my teeth (brush, floss, mouthwash) 2-3 times a day: morning, between 5pm-7pm, and just

| Friday, Jan 20th 2017: I was up from 12midnight when it just switched to Friday and finally went to sleep at 7pm yesterday (18 hours of wakefulness). I woke up today, on Saturday, 3am, so I slept for 8 hours. | |

I'm back from my travel. Weight before my travel: 125 lbs. Weight Yesterday: 122.3 lbs. Weight today: 121.3 lbs. Jet lag sleep: My trip back was from the 17th to the 18th of January, 12 hours & 35 minutes, I was at JFK at 6pm but due to a suitcase that I forgot at the airport (long story) I was back at home by 3am, so added time: 9 + 12.5 = 21.5 hours of travel! I finally arrived at home by 3am, but went to sleep later on. Wednesday, Jan 18th 2017: I went to sleep at around 12:30 pm and woke up at 7:30pm or 8pm (not sure) Thursday, Jan 19th 2017: I went to sleep at 3pm and woke up at 12am, so I slept for 9 hours. |

| been busy with travel preparations, looking for documents. I was up all night last night scanning important docs. I cannot remember how long I slept for. It could be between 5-7 hours. I woke up at 5:22pm | |
