Becoming familiar with researchers at grad schools I've applied to. I will look at a researcher's web site, then read a paper of theirs, and then email them if they strike my interest. I commit to 3 of these activities every day.

| Researching how to most effectively read papers was reassuring, it doesn't look like skimming and sticking to abstracts is a problem! Will be able to expand beyond UCSC this week. | |
