Met with Sarah on Jan. 20. Gave her the short list of projects. Now to add details. Have maps of Olin and the second floor of Collins in preparation for Hazard Assessments. Also have reviewed a couple of inspection/assessment guidelines and forms for use in my rounds. |

1. consistent emergency notification info on all lab doors 2. hazard assessments for all labs 3. training records instituted for all research labs 4. training and safety info notebooks prepared for all labs 5. updated blood borne pathogen policy and program 6. updated hazardous chemical materials program 7. complete collection of SOPs for all labs and studios 8. annual training program for faculty and staff 9. semester training program for TAs and research students 10. complete and consistent signage in all necessary locations 11. first aid kit check program developed 12. complete hazwoper course |
