1. Sleep enough (sleep early, wake up early). Go to bed without cellphone
2. Brush your teeth and Wash your face 3 times a day 3. Pray and Meditate on daily basis 4. Provide 15-30 minutes a day to read books 5. Reduce your time used for slacking off in front of your computer/cellphone, like watching unimportant replay. Rest yourself 6. Come to every class prepared, and review your lessons right after 7. Immerse yourself with positive mind GLHF PMO TO PMA CHALLENGE
