-Plan each of My Workouts -10 min warm up for every workout -Track my workouts -Take Photos and check body fat percentage every Sunday morning -Exercise with weights 5x per week -do some type of exercise each day -foam roll every morning/evening -10 mins HIIT cardio 3x per week (typically after workouts) -Track every meal using myfitnesspal -Sauna 2x per week
