1. Track effectiveness - Have 6 things to be done that week in order of effectiveness. (No.1 = 6 points, Number 2 = 5 points etc) Give a score for each day.
2. Read the Sunday re-cap as part of AM/PM. 3. No social media before leaving bed as part of AM routine - Can't check any social medias, as well as YouTube, Daily Mail Football. *Youtube is only permissable for the guided meditation.
