| It is still difficult - not yet second nature - I think I should go on for another month. And say that tracking has to be done within an hour. | |

| Well - it's still not a habit so will need to do for a lot longer, but it is doable, which had been my main fear - biggest discipline is to track within 3 bites --- must keep the determination up to do this .... whenever possible (ie except in restaurants - I think that's a fair exclusion if its a formal event with company). | |

| Fine ... but I realize I need to be more specific to make it a truly new habit - i.e. I have to track at the point of BLTs and meals ...... so for the next 3 weeks I will track within the first 3 bites. | |
