Monday - Saturday I will complete a minimum of 2 x 90-minute deep-work timeblocks & my pre-work and post-work checklist / routine and during my 3 x 90-minute deep work timeblocks... I will ONLY work from my pre-scheduled task / project list, throughout my days I will take action by 5,4,3,2,1 technique. I will also use the technique whenever I feel myself wanting to stray or procrastinate, I will immediately use the technique. On days that I have to work (fly with the airline), I will still comp

| Up at 4:30am... Meditation. DWTB Welcome Campaign. Walk and talk with Suzie. Flushed out copy. Downhill from there. Got really tired. 2 naps. Only had Green Tea. Rescheduled with Troy. Swapped his hours for Thales 6 for 15. Which I feel much better about. We will hopefully get this stuff launched in the next couple of days. Committed to hitting 30k in 30 days. Aug 3rd. It's time to rock or have a train wreck. | |

| Up at 4:38am with Alarm. DWTB... Finally started writing emails. But then wasted much of the day dealing with smaller stones vs big Rocks. Great interview with Suzie again. Did figure out tomorrow to map out Emails and then write them in Word Doc with Subject lines. | |

| Up at 4:16 am. Meditation. Workout and out of the house to fly 4 legs. 11 hours of work. Got stuff done at work. In to take Sydney to Drivers Ed and Suzie shopping. Great day. No earl grey.
