| Pretty good but did have 3 cups of coffee this week - Friday two & Sat one, so not completely successful but definitely progress, and I am committed to no coffee so back to tea if I want a warm beverage, | |

| Yea! No coffee for 7 days. Only had a headache for one day. Enjoying one or two cups of black tea with almond milk as a substitute. And saving $ by not buying coffee or coffee drinks!!! | |
