-Break down into steps and detail any project or to-do as soon as you become aware of it to realistically asses how long it will take. Build a buffer: Right now I get roughly 60% of what I think I can get done in any amount of time. -Finish the project or to-do at least two days before it’s actually due when there’s at least 5 days of advanced notice. With items less than 5 days, finish the to-do 1 day in advance.
