| I wasn't feeling well last night. I acknowledged this and decided to skip meditation and tidying in place of rest and free-time. I'm really proud of myself for accepting this need and making a spontaneous decision that went against my preordained plans. Sometimes I have trouble allowing myself to be flexible and respond to the moment. This was a step towards me finding balance between plans for the future and the feeling of the now. I was able to make this decision without guilt or worry. THAT is probably a result of the sense of ease that meditating is slowly bringing to me. Too cool. | |

| My social anxiety has gotten easier to deal with. It's still there but I'm aware of it in a more distanced manner. I'm more ok with it and thus it seems to tone itself down a degree or two. It's a huge relief. | |
