I commit to having Mandi lock my browser on my phone again and keeping it locked unless there's some kind of emergency.
I commit to reading a book for at least 45 (must use timer) minutes before I allow myself any internet browsing at all outside of what's necessary for my class or for work. I commit to doing a minimum of 20 minutes of book reading each day (must use a timer). Watching shows with others doesn't count as web. I'm allowed 30 min. of watching stuff (timed) for my dinnertime.
