pretty good training this week - keeping up the routine and nutrition, though not as organised as when i started, is largely very good

tailed off a bit the last few days so wouldn't say I'd achieved what I needed. Still at it though

Did ok this week, but had trip to Wales which resulted in a bit of boozing, and looking after Evie which meant eating more than I should. Training going well and regiment around that is good but some of the food and drink isn't what it needs to be. Need to plan better
