I did it! I learned a lot about how much i really need to eat and that seconds arnt necessary and that you can eat everything you want as long as cals are in range!!

a BM today so one behind. I am eating a little more than I should....had 1050 for before dinner of tomato apple granola milk oats fage flax protein PB chia. I had a couple beans scoops and then a slice of quiche for dinner as well as pumpkin cookies and 2 pumpkin candy corn. so 320 in dessert. 1370 total plus lets say 1400 for beans....and then quiche was 400-500 cals?
